Our blog - finally

Today (yesterday actually) was a very busy day and a sad day. We, mostly I, spent the day working in Sierra and the baby's room trying to create order out of chaos. My older daughter (sounds strange, but good, to say that) has pretty much taken over the bedroom next to her, which is also the guest room. Consequently, we have our work cut out for us. First, we have to get all of Sierra's things back into Sierra's room. In order to do that we have to make room so we bought some closet organizers at IKEA last night! Once we finish that we then have to start turning the guest room into the baby's room! It's a ton of work but a ton of fun too. On a much sadder note Grandma Mae died today. I didn't have the heart to tell Sierra because her best friend from school moved to Paris yesterday and her best friend from Playgroup spent the afternoon and evening with us. By the time we were alone it was bedtime and I knew that telling her would prevent her from sleeping. I will tell her in the morning.
